Kevin Ryan is Vice President, responsible for new business development within the intermediary distribution channel. Mr. Ryan joined the firm in August 2004, but has been a member of the team as a shared resource with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments since January 2001. He has 9 years experience in marketing financial services and investment products. Prior to joining Adelante and Lend Lease, Mr. Ryan worked for Federated Investors in sales and marketing. Mr. Ryan is a level 3 candidate in the CFA program. Mr. Ryan received a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from Boston College. |
