Philanthropy is a core value of Adelante and its employees. Our philanthropic priorities include employee-directed gifts, education (all levels) and health & human services. We also make it a point to spread our charitable giving across three regions including: Locally - Based in Oakland, California, Adelante strongly believes in supporting the organizations in the communities where we live, work, and do business. We are a proud member of this diverse community and we strive to improve the quality of life of those around us.
Nationally - As a firm with clients from Alaska to New York, Adelante understands that we are part of a larger community and that our reach can extend much further. We believe it is our responsibility to help others beyond our city and state borders and offer our support to national organizations addressing universal needs.
Globally - Adelante knows that social responsibility does not stop at the borders of our country. We are members of a global community and we, as a company, want to set a guiding example for other corporations. While our giving may seem small against overwhelming global needs, we know we can make a difference.
